Zoogin

When she had reached 3 months of age she moved to our friends, Anne Merete and John and their daughter Laura Feline, and she soon felt happy in her new home. 

As a little kitten she took more after Lilit than her brother Zoogin did. Later on she developed more similarities with her father, and now she is a good mix of both her parents. The short and thick coat that is lighter than the coat of Lilit she has got from Opiom. Besides she is bigger than Lilit and not as slender. She has inherited her father's very open temper. 

Zenit has been at some shows with very good results (see "boasting").

In December 2002 Zenit gave birth to 4 kittens: 2 boys and 2 girls. One of them, a male called Lathyrus, stayed with Anne Merete, John and Laura Feline.

Zoogin is Lilit's son from her first litter. He was born December 28th 2000, almost 24 hours after his sister Zenit. 

We were extremely happy that Lilit gave birth to a male, because Liza and I.C. Balle had lost their Kublai when he was 10 years of age, and they wanted a new male. And now it is Zoogin who is being pampered by the Balle family.

Zoogin took after his father quite a lot as a kitten, and also as a grown cat he takes more after Opiom than after Lilit. He has the same lovely shape of the eyes and good eye-colour as Opiom and the same thick and pretty light coat. As Opiom he is very outgoing and trusting. We find him very beautiful and sweet, but we will never know a cat judge's opinion, because Liza and I.C. are not the slightest interested in cat shows. Zoogin himself coundn't care less - he knows he's the best!
